FLUFFY CHOCOLATE MALLOW PROTEIN PANCAKES
 
 
 

INGREDIENTS
1 scoop PSNLifestyle Chocolate Mallows Just Whey
3 tbsp. Coconut flour
¼ tsp Baking powder
3 Eggs
1/3 cup Coconut milk
¼ cup Mini marshmallows
1 tsp Coconut oil for frying


METHOD
Whisk all the Ingredients together until no lumps remain.
Heat a frying pan to medium heat and add the coconut oil.
Drop the batter by 1/3 cup fulls onto the frying pan. Cook for about 2 – 3 minutes per side, until golden and then flip.
Bon appetite!

SERVINGS
Recipe makes 1 large pancake.

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE PROTEIN TRUFFLES
 
 
 

INGREDIENTS
½ scoop PSNLifestyle Chocolate Truffle Just Whey
3 tbsp. Coconut flour
1 tbsp. Dutch cocoa powder
4 tbsp. Coconut milk
2 tbsp. Unsweetened shredded coconut


METHOD
Mix the first four Ingredients together in a bowl.
Keep stirring until the mixture forms a paste.
Roll into small balls.
Coat the balls in unsweetened shredded coconut by rolling them in it.
Enjoy!

SERVINGS
Recipe makes 4 – 6 large truffles.

DOUBLE DECKER SMOOTHIE
 
 
 

INGREDIENTS
1 scoop PSNLifestyle Double Decker Just Whey
1/3 cup Lite vanilla ice-cream
1/3 cup Low fat, skim milk or whole milk

METHOD
Combine all Ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass, add a straw and indulge guilt free!

SERVINGS
Recipe makes 1 serving .

NUT BUTTER PROTEIN BARS WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS
 
 
 

INGREDIENTS
2 scoops PSNLifestyle Hazelnut Praline Just Whey
1 ½ cups Oat bran or Rolled oats
155ml Coconut cream
½ cup Peanut Butter or any other nut butter of your choice
50 – 100ml White chocolate, milk chocolate or dark chocolate, chopped

METHOD
Combine the Ingredients in a bowl.
Spoon the mixture into a small lined tray and lightly press it down with the back of a spoon to smooth it out.
Pop the tray into the fridge or freezer to set for 15 minutes.
Cut up into slices and voila!

SERVINGS
Recipe makes 12 – 15 protein bars, depending on preferred slice size.

BANANA-VANILLA PROTEIN CRUMPETS
 
 
 

INGREDIENTS
1 scoop PSNLifestyle Vanilla Milkshake Just Whey
½ cups Oat bran or Rolled oats
1 pinch Baking powder
2 tbsp. Plain low fat yoghurt
1 Egg
1 tbsp. Coconut Flour
½ Banana, mashed
5-6 tbsp. Coconut or Almond milk
1 tsp Coconut oil for frying
1 tsp Honey for drizzling

METHOD
Combine all Ingredients in a blender.
Add the coconut oil to a hot frying pan followed by scoops of the crumpet batter.
Cook on a low to medium heat and flip the crumpets when bubbles appear on the surface.
Stack them up, drizzle with Honey and dig in!

SERVINGS
Recipe makes 4 – 5 medium crumpets.
